When you sign up for HeartBeats, we collect your first name, your partner's first name, phone number, city, date-night vibe preference, budget preference, and preferred day. We also store the text messages exchanged between you and HeartBeats.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely to send you personalized weekly date-night suggestions via SMS. We use your preferences to generate recommendations tailored to your city, budget, and interests.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate HeartBeats:

• Twilio — to send and receive SMS messages
• Supabase — to store your account data securely
• Anthropic (Claude) — to generate date recommendations (only your first names, city, vibe, budget, and day preference are shared; your phone number is never sent to Anthropic)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you unsubscribe by texting STOP, your account is deactivated. You may request permanent deletion of your data by emailing us at the address below.

Your Rights

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any HeartBeats message. You can re-subscribe by texting HEART. To request data deletion, contact us at privacy@heartbeats.to.
